Living in harmony with Nature

As the saying goes, “As above, so below” and “as within, so without”. Every thing in the universe is contained within the self. Everything within the self is projected out into the universe and reflected back in, all in divine harmony and rhythm. When we are at peace & in harmony with our selves, we comfortably and intuitively walk our path with joy. When slip into patterns of fear and doubt we throw ourselves off balance and loose our sense of harmony. We loose touch with our own sense of connectedness to the natural realm.

Affirmations are strong tools of transformation. In order to change our reality we must first look towards ourselves and be willing to come into healhy states of thinking and feeling. This affirmation should get you going in the right direction.

Summer is the time when everything is flourishing with abundance. Flowers smell their most fragrant, colors are their most vibrant, trees are their greenest & berries are the sweetest. Summer is the time that nature’s lavishness reaches its zenith. It is through this season that we can see the beauty of the natural world in its fullest expression, experience the ecstasy of being, the rapture of passion, the exhilaration of awareness, the comfort of love and recognize the potentials inherent within creation.

Happy Spring to all of you!
As many of you may know, Spring is the most natural time of year to energize any aspects of ourselves that we wish to bring forth, express and integrate into our being. Springtime has been celebrated as a time of spiritual rebirthing for thousands of years. It is the time to awaken, renew & initiate. This year the actual vernal equinox happens as the Sun moves into the sign of Aries at 4:44am pacific time on Friday, March 20th.
