Peace in the Middle East!

As I write this, I am just getting back into the country from my visit toDubai, United Arab Emirates. What an

AMAZING experience that was.
Words can barely describe the beauty and magnificence of Dubai. This photo was takenfrom my hotel room. This is the Jumeirah beach area. It is so clean that you could litterally eat off of the streets (which are made of veryexpensive stonework). I hung out at the beach, ate fabulous arabic food, danced to live Arabic music with local Muslim women, went to the absolutely huge “Emirates Mall” , saw the worlds tallest building, shopped at the renowned “Gold Souk”. In spite of the prevalent negative publicity regarding Dubai & the Emirates in general, I found the locals to be very happy and friendly people. It was nice to see that there is peace at least in some parts of the middle east. I felt completly safe and welcomed there thewhole time and will definately go back.
